The mission of the Honolulu Symphony Chorus is to present and promote choral music at the highest artistic level for the cultural enrichment, education, and aesthetic enjoyment of its members, the people of Hawai`i, and the global community.

A free community concert; The symphony chorus will perform the Gloria by Poulenc. The Hawaii Youth Opera Chorus (HYOC) will perform the Gloria by Vivaldi. Kawaiaha`o Church Choir and Kawaiolaonapukanileo will perform Kristo Ka Pohaku Kihi (Christ the Cornerstone) by the late Reverend Abraham Akaka, as well as Magnificat and Missa Puer Natus by John McCreary (formerly of St. Andrew's Cathedral in Honolulu).
